Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Rituals, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Use of the App

Rituals is a personal wellness app designed to help you build daily rituals, track your mood, and support your mental wellbeing. You must be at least 13 years old to use this app.

User Accounts

Rituals creates an anonymous account automatically when you first open the app. You do not need to provide personal information to use core features. Your data is associated with your device and anonymous account.

Subscriptions

Rituals offers an auto-renewable subscription called Deep Rituals at $4.99 per month or $39.99 per year. A 7-day free trial is available for new subscribers.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

User Content

Any content you create in Rituals — journal entries, routines, letters, and mood logs — belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of your content. We store it securely to provide the service.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the app for any unlawful purpose

  • Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the app

  • Use the app to harm yourself or others

  • Share your account with others

Disclaimer of Warranties

Rituals is provided as-is without warranty of any kind. The app is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis please contact a qualified professional or emergency services.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rituals and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the app.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States.
